There is one philosophy I've always lived by since first getting my license in 1992. That is, if I do an outstanding job for the right reasons, everything will turn out right. My first home purchase was that same year and I told myself then that if I could help folks get through the home buying process, I would have fulfilled my purpose in life. A home is a big purchase whether it's your first or your tenth home. My goal is to help you make that process as smooth as possible.

Long Time Las Vegan

Beth moved to Las Vegas in 1982 and has seen the valley grow from 250,000 people to nearly 2 million. When she first moved here, Rainbow Boulevard was a little four-lane road that was just starting to get widened. My, how things have changed. She has raised her four children here and has lived everywhere from Sunrise Mountain to Eldorado to Mountain's Edge. She knows the Las Vegas Valley.

Professional Experience

Beth has over 17 years experience in the Las Vegas Real Estate market. Many of those years were spent in the New Home Sales arena. She has a vast knowledge of home construction, financing, escrow and resolving all those pesky issues that can sometime crop up during a home purchase. Qualifications and Training

At the beginning of her Real Estate career, Beth earned the back-to-back honors of "Rookie of the Year" and "Sales Professional of the Year." She has since received the National Sales and Marketing Council's "Million Dollar Circle" Award for 12 consecutive years. She has held the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation since 1992. Beth attended the College of Southern Nevada with a major in Mechanical Drafting before embarking on her Real Estate career.
