Dennis' focus is on bringing the Windermere Way to agents and potential franchise owners in Nevada and Southern Utah. In addition, Dennis provides leadership for the Windermere Services Nevada company as President by directing the day to day operations and providing service to the Windermere franchise owners as well as Windermere Prestige Properties.

As one of the founding partners of Windermere in Las Vegas, Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a REALTOR. Dennis' extensive experience in Real Estate Sales and Development include Chief Financial Officer for Stephens Land Company in Dallas, Texas, Vice President and CFO for Beazer Homes Nevada, Inc, and Vice President and CFO for Schulman Industries. With Dennis' combined experience in finance and real estate, he brings a wealth of expertise to the Windermere family of companies.
