With a quarter century of partcipating in, negotiating and advising on matters pertaining to real property ownership, Patrick has moved into a different mindset with regards to real estate transactions. Patrick's contractual agreements are identical with that of the agents who call themselves "sales people". There are no consulting fees charged to Patrick's clients in excess of any commission agreements. All compensation is realized by your consultant in the same manner as a traditional salesperson at the finalization of your transaction.
