Joanne was born and raised in Southern California and started her career in real estate over 30 years ago. After moving to the Las Vegas area in 1995, she found a place to call home in the Silverado Ranch area. Having been the president of her home owners association for several years, she loves being involved in her community and is always the first to give a helping hand. Joanne also distributes a monthly newsletter of information and happenings in the Silverado Ranch area. During all this community involvement, Joanne found time to continue her real estate career selling new homes throughout the valley working for major new home builders. Consistently selling homes in both “Sellers” and “Buyers” markets, Joanne brings to the table her strong determination, knowledge and communication skills. Considering herself a realtor in the real world, she prides herself knowing she has experience from selling small condos to more complex transactions, but reiterates no one transaction is more important than another. Current in all of today’s lending practices; Joanne can help you ensure a smooth escrow and lending process. Knowing the priority in all her clients concerns, Joanne prides herself in helping through the tough times and finding solutions for all the challenges that may arise.
