My Experience

Rebecca has been a real estate professional for over ten years and has the experience it takes to find what you're looking for. She is an expert negotiator for her clients and customers, and is able to handle problems with solutions in a professional and informed manner. Informing clients and customers of what their options are is the only way to get the job done with complete satisfaction. She's a licensed Professional for residential sales, and manages large new and resale home projects. She coordinates marketing and teams of salespeople and buyers on a large scale. Many hours of education in the Windermere University and through the Association of Realtors educational programs helps keep her updated of all changes and legal issues that help you stay on top of the transaction. It is Rebecca's top priority to stay informed so that in turn, you can be informed.

My Involvement

Rebecca currently teaches the importance of buyer agency at the Windermere University. This seminar teaches Realtors the importance and legal responsibility of representing buyers in a transaction. She is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS Education Committee. In 2004 Rebecca was voted Realtor of the Year by her peers at the Stafford County Board of Realtors in New Hampshire. In 2003 she was President of the Strafford County Board of Realtors in New Hampshire. Since 1996 Rebecca has been a member or chair of several Realtor committees that has kept her informed and challenges her to be at the top of her Real Estate Profession. Rebecca feels it is important to try to know everything that affects clients and customers from the beginning all way through the closing. You can count on that.

My Community

Rebecca currently volunteers at a local school to give back to the children of our future. She believes it is important to come together and give children a positive role model to live up to and to help show them their importance in today's world, showing children that they can make a difference today and tomorrow. Rebecca is also proud to give as often as possible to the Windermere Foundation. She joins the wonderful team of Windermere agents that give back to the community as a group, joining together and making a difference in our communities.
