In January, 2004, Robyn, her husband Dennis and their partners opened the first Windermere office in Las Vegas, founded on a vision of agents focused on professionalism, integrity and ethical standards in all Real Estate transactions.
Robyn and her Creative Team have no boundaries in developing solutions for Windermere owners.
Robyn leads the Windermere Services Creative Team. The creative team includes the Director of Attraction, the Marketing Manager, Director of Training, Technology Support and Relocation. The Creative Teams total focus is on providing creative solutions to owners to attract agents and then provide the agents with the training, tools and coaching to be incredibly successful in their Real Estate Careers.
Robyn currently services the real estate community as a Board of Director for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors as well as serving as a Regional, State and National Director for the National Association of Realtors. In addition, she serves on the Professional Standards committee and Quality of Life Committee.
Robyn envisions the possibilities in the owners and agents with Windermere. Robyn works with owners and agents to create marketing, sales, training and recruiting programs that are customized to the owner and agents specific background and strengths. The Windermere tools and programs are then incorporated to maximize the owners success. Robyns philosophy is to empower Windermere owners and agents to create the business that works for them.
As a Windermere Office owner, Robyn understands the day-to-day challenges of managing a Real Estate office and attracting quality agents and staff. Robyn has an extensive management and marketing background, having served as General Manager for several private country clubs. A professional speaker and talented seminar leader, Robyn has delivered professional sales training to Fortune 500 companies across the United States.
