In January, 2004, Dennis, his wife Robyn and their partners opened the first Windermere office in Las Vegas, founded on a vision of agents focused on professionalism, integrity and ethical standards in all Real Estate transactions.
Dennis leads the Windermere Services Team. The teams primary objective is to provide the highest level of professional expertise and creativity to the Windermere owners.
The Windermere Services team supports the owners and agents by providing training, through Windermere University and Windermere Presents training programs. The Services Team provides owner coaching, training and support in the Windermere Technology.
Dennis' focus is in bringing the Windermere Way to Potential franchise owners in Nevada and Southern Utah. In addition, Dennis provides leadership for the Windermere Services Nevada Company by directing the day-today operations, which provides service to Windermere franchise owners.
Dennis is a visionary and is the consummate problem solver. When others might "give up" and think there is no solution, Dennis' creativity will find several. Dennis is principled in all aspects of his life. He is passionate about Windermere and the real estate business. He insists that everyone enjoy their experience with Windermere. As one of the first founding partners, Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant, General Contractor and licensed REALTOR. Dennis' extensive experience in real estate sales and real estate development includes Chief Financial Officer for Stephens Land Company in Dallas, TX, Vice President and CFO for Beazer Homes Nevada, Vice President and CEO for Schulman Industries as well as REALTOR.
